TKO Programs

TKO Maximum Velocity
Our velocity program will help your athlete gain velocity; whether it be from the mound, across the diamond, from the outfield, or behind the plate. With an emphasis on arm care and health, our 12-week program will improve your speed, strength, mobility, and stamina.
TKO Maximum Power
This program is tailored towards gaining bat speed and power. With our overload and underload training, TKO will maximize your athlete's power in the box.
TKO Strength and Conditioning
Our strength and conditioning program is designed to help meet the unique needs of baseball and softball players. We focus on developing strength, speed, and agility; as well as increasing hip and shoulder mobility.
*All TKO programs are run by a certified trainer with a baseball/softball background
